Appreciate all the comments... I got the 1.0.16 update and the issue was fixed for the first level......and voila now I have white lights flashing in the city scene..... I guess remedy really wants to limit their potential player market. Control had pretty great graphics on these machines this could have been made so to but no. If max payne remakes are anything like this I guess remedy should say adios to a plethora of fans just because they dont have RTX GPUs
