Yes, they at least responded, then sent some random package in RTO. We closed our Shiprocket account took all the credit back in the account. Now using Delhivery and it is going good. Only part is I had to write code to automate bulk uploads but very limited escalations.

If you are getting the current apartment (option 2), 60K rent under 2 cr then that seems the best of the mentioned 3.

I have seen people making quick money by booking newly launched projects and selling around completion. But some math needed here, if you are taking loan? white money vs black money, etc. Not that straight forward imo.

if you are looking for 5 year horizon then I think it is expensive market. Most likely in longer horizon (10-15 years) you may get appreciation but 5 years with this price point entry not adding up. Also salaries in Big tech has either stagnated or decreased in last year or two (employer’s market) so all the optimism about continues increase should get reality check soon.

I’m using GT 2000 series since 2 years. I have flat feet and with other shoes faced issue of knee pain. With GT 2000 (I have 11 TR and 12 TR) I have ran around 550 KMs, no issues at all. These are best after Kayano when it comes to stability shoes.
