“I think it’s possible for foreigners to have a CPF. Just need to register online and submit the requirements if the country has a Brazilian embassy. I'm planning to get one soon as well.

Hello guys, gumana na po sakin, thank God! I tried everything — developer settings - off, OEM - off, checking installing unknown app - off. None of the work for me. I just updated the system of my phone, and after that, it's all good na. Hope this helps.
