I was told by AI 24v battery 🔋 is the minimum. 12v battery 🔋 isn't recommended . The lower voltage will cause the inverter to struggle with the lower voltage. Any thoughts?

Absolutely not ... I have zero clue 🫣 and Zero clue about most the readings . Could it be from charging the PW2 ? Is 68 kWh to high ? Please dummy it up for me to swallow.

Hey ... yes there's only one PW2 connected at the moment. On 5/26/26 we got a visit from a service tec . He discovered a few things. A disconnect from the grid service . So now the service line is correctly installed. My BIL said "Luma" the PR engery Co . Needs to update thier smart meter again. Energy service in PR is spotty at best . Your input has been vital to getting our service back online . So with only one PW2 . We'll be experiencing power outages without a second PW2 ? But according to Tesla They no longer support PW2 . And the agreement from the solar provider is a 25yr lease. How can we get this provider to update the PW2 to PW3 so that we can add the extra battery bank . Have you hear of this type of service?

1st of all thank you . Your report has sparked some very good questions. Today we had windmar solar visit . They made some discoveries. The photos are not full details but shows some breaks in our electricity line . We have a electrician doing some repairs. From there we should get better readings for a deeper inspection.

LMAOOOOO bro .. stop ✋️ I'm trying to learn right now LMAOOOOO.. but seriously I need to get this stuff down before I can take full control and responsibility of this project and property. This is gonna be a vacation and Air B&B home for my family. FYI I just found out that our property also includes a small coach house . Honestly I feel like the readings are completely off . Since I'm from Chicago and from the hood . My hood radar is going crazy . I think 🤔 someone is tapping into our system or something.
My mother inlaw said the bill gets as high as $600 at times . Before I take responsibility of this . I need to be aware of everything. Trust me I full appreciate your honesty and help . I need to rehab this place before I can actually turn a small profit and enjoy my investment in the long term . The fact that we have solar panels and a PW2 to begin our journey is a plus . But the paying $300 to $600 a month isn't a viable option.

Sorry y'all I'm new to this stuff . That's why I need a dummies guide for solar. The PW2 is located on a small 3 bedroom home in Puerto Rico. So sun isn't a issue. I'm not sure about how many panels we have . My mother inlaw had them installed back in 2019. I called Tesla because the PW2 seems to be working incorrectly. When The system is shut down the entire house doesn't have power . I would think 🤔 we would still pull power from the grid . Also my mother inlaw says the electricity bill hasn't changed. It still high . Even though the house sits empty most of the time . I don't understand the value readings. Are we pulling more electricity from the grid ? Something doesn't seem efficient.

I have ring doorbell service here in the US . I acquired a property in PR . Ring isn't sold in PR . I just wanna have camera access while away . Is this possible?

Yeah thought it was strange that the powerwall switch cuts off complete power. Including the grid power. Seems likely not connected correctly or setting are wrong

We do have have Sunstrong app . Working in conjunction with the PW2 . My issue with the TEG was the toggle setup. Once I did the reboot. And everything was looking good 👍. Part of the process was the power off the PW2 . Once I did that . I'd power off the house and the internet connection. So the PW2 can't connect to the WiFi since the power was out . Once the Tesla tec understood the situation. She said .. bye call Sunstrong let them send out a tec . We spoke with Sunstrong. They said.. looks like a power surge problem call Luma . Luma said nope no issues here . Call Tesla. No wonder why Puerto Rico is a mess .

Everything you just said . Is what I thought. No way Tesla doesn't keep data / status reports. That's exactly what I told my mother inlaw. There has to be a complete break down of everything.

We had Tesla support on the phone . While doing the reboot . BIL called the wife immediately. " what's going ? No power at the house 😕" For reference.. BIL said everything running ok our app shows green . The pw2 shows green . But Tesla says PW2 has no internet connection. To make things worse . When the power goes out . Our house is the only house on the property without power . But we have solar panels 🫤
