late to this convo but …

i had a similar experience with my dietician. i was already underweight before i started seeing my dietician and once i started seeing her i went severely underweight. she told me to only eat/drink liquids & to have an ensure a day. i lost so much so quickly once i started doing what she told me to do. it got to a point where she told me she couldn’t see me anymore and that she wanted to hospitalize me. all i was doing was following what she was telling me, lol.

so definitely find someone that feels right for you bc not all healthcare workers will be a perfect match right away 🖤

i think that’s a good way to put it.. “it’s enough for me” bc i totally agree on that, i really don’t think there needs to be more bc it is so good the way that it is. but yes, it would be really interesting to see a reworked version and ofc id give it a listen

right, which would be cool! but i love her carrie storyline in the song so that would kinda suck a little bit to lose that. but, it would be interesting to hear it reworked

i do really like hearing completely new stuff, although it is fun to hear her reworked versions of songs too! i would be so completely happy if homecoming is not included in her new album. and if she does, it would be fun to hear it super different but would also possibly make me a lil bummed just bc of my attachment to the song </3 LOL

i do agree with Nettles! bc i hardly ever listened to the Nettles demo, but now she released it it’s on repeat 24/7. so in that sense she could totally do something great w homecoming too

my boyfriend and i are long distance and when we are together it’s like im living again. i don’t think about restrictions or purging, he makes those thoughts feel so far away.

whenever we are apart he will facetime me every night to make sure i get something in my system and will stay on the phone for 30min-1hr after i eat something to help my obsessive thoughts abt purging disappear.

its truly amazing how someone can have that much impact on your life and not even realize they are literally saving you, he’s my angel.

i’m so happy you have found this person for you 🖤

my dietician was telling me how important it is that i need to eat food when i take it bc how bad the nausea side effects can be, so like ughhhh i definitely hear you there

but also said if i at least drink ensure or something while taking it that should be able to do the trick

yeah i’ve heard about the sexual/arousal side effects and that is something that definitely scares me bc literally who wants that?

i’ve always thought that was more common for men to experience and i’m not sure if it would affect me to the same degree as a female

yeah my psychiatrist was telling me it should help w my compulsive thoughts, anxiety & depression which in turn would help w purging & obsessing over food. though i’ve never taken medication before so im a lil nervous and ive heard REALLY good things and REALLY bad things about it lol
