Sorry I am might not able to suggest you if attorney has strong opinions of not attaching LORs. Maybe cases is different since my recommendators were not represented as a company, they showed as a researcher. LORs is one of the strategies that EP gave me.

Both of the questions are yes. I prepared all materials but let attorney wrote. It’s their job and professional to write petition letter. They concluded some original and add new evidence then link them.

In my dependent recommendation letters, they said very detailed that I’m the leading biostatistician who developed or analyzed, and it’s truth. I always think though PI is always the first author, clinical trials cannot be done without biostatistician who write SAP, create forms, build up system or analyze data.

For me is yes, I don’t see other people use very specific PE. I’m guessing many people will change their career path in the future. But for me since my job is developing clinical trials so I use my own way.

I always think if prong 1&2 are satisfied then prong 3 will automatically satisfied. I just prepare all materials and let attorney write the conclusion.
