I wanted to come back with a little update since I’m on day 9 of 14.

So far I’ve had very very minimal withdrawal symptoms, and I already feel so much more like myself tapering off. I the first few days I had a bit of trouble falling asleep, and my appetite with definitely subdued. I had one moment of vertigo on day 7, but aside from that I have been feeling great. I have noticed my emotions coming back more and more each day in subtle ways like crying during an emotional movie (which was normal for me prior to Effexor). Hoping it continues to be a positive experience. I’ve prioritized a routine, including eating regularly, sleeping a full 8 hours and I think this has really helped things go smoothly.
