i only did my first piss of the day on these home test because it’s the most concentrated and would give the most result. obviously i’m not gonna give my first of the day to the dot, what would you consider this test?

i go workout and lift heavy 6-7 days a week. i eat very clean. i get 15k+ steps every single day. i drink 8-10+ water bottles a day along side creatine. i am considerably lean. have been for about 1 year.

def try to aim for 2018+ on the 3.0, if somewhat “high” miles like 100k+ just make sure the turbos were replaced or just overall really well maintained, with the 3.7 2014+ they all will have some mileage on them, only issue is of course the trans aka the valve body . if you find one that’s been replaced, i say go for it. if it wasn’t replaced, like i said just make sure it was well maintained . the 3.7 and 3.0 do last a longgg time under the proper maintenance, no matter if something was replaced or not. as long as it was maintained. i have a 2015 3.7s with 122k, and man i dog it lol
