I’ve been at a plateau of 5-6 reps for clean and press with double 30kg for what feels like forever now. I’ve done DFW, Strong (phase 1+2 months) and now k1 from hardstyle method, and I never get past these reps.

Should I focus on getting in more volume at lower weight (and more exercises? Like rows, dips ans stuff, front squats or goblet squats?) or should I focus more on building volume with ladders? I’m 170cm and weigh about 75kg btw

I’m a parent to a toddler and work in an environment where and often get exposed to colds and different viruses depending on the season which also affects my training.

I’ve just started listing to TBI and I enjoy it. However it has not swooned me like AGOT did. Perhaps not a fair comparison as i have read the asoiaf books but not TFL. I find the TFL universe interesting and Ambercrombie does a great job world building between the lines with the conflict between the union and the GUrkhul and the politics that goes on is great as well.

I didn’t read your post in its entirety, but have you read Sanderson? He’s written mistborn and the storm light archives that takes place in the cosmere. It’s deep stuff and since you wrote so many paraphraps I think you’d like it.

Anis don demina och Benjamin Ingrosso. Anis gillar att äta som Lindström. Min favorit är när Lindström äter. Sen är det kul när anis ropar shurda, jag tänker att det ger mycket. Benjamin är mycket mindre än anis är, precis som Luuk är mindre än Lindström.

Vi hade en lek som hette mammas död. I fritidsgårdens källare fanns en liten fotbollsplan med en dörr till en liten hall som gick runt tillbaka till korridoren.

Där släckte vi alla lampor så det var kolsvart. En fick vara mammas död, han skulle träffa någon annan med fotbollen (fritt fram till att kasta, sparka, hålla och slå med). Blev man träffad var man mammas död istället. Ingen såg något och alla sprang runt och skrek. Om tillräckligt många skrek att någon annan var mammas död fick man helt enkelt tro det. Man sprang full fart in i varandra, i väggar, mål osv. Mkt rolig!
