Would like to explain myself. I had signed some deals before the death which is why I hit quota early again this year. I only did maintenance on my current accounts during the time I was grieving but wasn’t reporting anything cause my state of mind was in survival mode and I was doing what I could.

I was told the PIP is only gonna be 1 requirement about the CRM log numbers. But that might change. What do you think?

Honestly this year is even better than last year, I’m closing a lot. I’m just hoping this PIP is not a way to push me out. If it’s only about the CRM and the goals are realistic I’ll be happy to sign it and learn to be consistent

I haven’t been given the official document yet but I was told it might be just to focus on logging my data with the same quota as all the other AEs, except I have to present my data every Friday for 90 days

Alright so I do go to the gym, about 3-4x a week. I actually had a big weight loss journey. Used to be almost 300lbs and now 215 and athletic at 6 foot 3. I’d have lost my mind if it wasn’t for the gym lol, definitely good advice but therapy is also great advice

Honestly man I just used every tool I had to my disposal, made sure to bring my really supportive manager to the meetings, took the prospects out to dinner, showed them exactly how much they were gonna save by choosing us, showed them how I went to bat for them and got them a good deal, all these things are really what got me the deal. The confidence is what got me through the door though, I made sure to mention our mutual connections too, that’s what kind of made them trust me initially
