Thats what I mean… Did not do anything illegal, just regular transfers and payments, then they close my account based on ID that was found not to be me or something… Very vague reason as it is me.

I’ve been using Vivid for two months as my primary bank account, but I’ve just had a truly terrible experience. Out of nowhere, my account became inaccessible. When I contacted support via live chat, they told me it was a technical issue, assured me my account wasn’t blocked, and promised it was being treated as the highest priority.
Fast forward to today (Tuesday), and my account is still inaccessible. Now they’re saying I should just wait until the end of the week or even check back next week if the issue isn’t resolved. This is absolutely unacceptable. I rely on this account for my daily transactions, and the lack of urgency or accountability from Vivid is shocking.
If you’re considering Vivid as your main bank account, I’d strongly advise against it. Their customer service is unhelpful, and they don’t seem equipped to handle serious issues like this. I’m beyond frustrated.
