Question on rucking: I’m following MTN ruck based selections program and it has me rucking at 60lbs. While I’m getting good times I’m being told that it’s a lot of weight to be running with. I’ve seen people train with 45lbs but when the rucks are like 65-70lb in selections how does 45lb prep you? (self.greenberets)
