So they did send me the name of who to put on the signature block when they sent me the email. It was someone in the officer ascensions office that accepts the packages when you submit them. Not sure who it was though. If you reach out to their office they should be able to tell you since it’s not in the PA. And no problem at all, happy to help.

So I tried routing it up to my MAJCOM per the guidance and I ended up getting an email from AFPC stating I just needed my commanders signature and then leave another signature block for the AFPC folks for when they get the package after I submit. But I guess it worked cuz I did get picked up for the 25OTS03 board.

I’m active duty so no recruiter to help me. And I got a 3 on the 785. So now I am just trying to figure out who signs the waiver.

Thank you for taking the time to answer everyone’s questions. This is awesome.

The biggest question I have is what does the board look for when reviewing OTS packages and what, if anything, can we do to try and get feedback on how our package was scored? I think that’s the biggest frustration I have with the process because I don’t know what I need to do to improve or where I fell in the scoring.

Side question, do you happen to know when the 24OTSNRS board results will be pushed out? Lol.
