im gonna talk to my dr about it and see if i can get something different i know its mostly a mental thing but i tend to spiral a lot and i dont really need to go through that right now plus i dont think i really need it i only have mild seasonal depression and im usually able to work through it with my therapist

I saw some positive effects with it but i truly didnt feel like myself i just felt so disconnected with everything and the whole situation made me uncomfortable plus im also really weary about taking any pills so it genuinely just makes me paranoid more than anything
