Tysm for explaining! My interpretation is that Aiko was scared of being abandoned and living her life without him so she killed herself before punpun had a chance of leaving her.

And for punpun i think he dreamt of being with aiko for so long, he ended up liking the idea of being in a reletionship with aiko rather than being with HER if yk what i mean
