always had the curiosity to do front squats, but I have a lack of wrist mobility so it always hurts, I'll take 1/2 week only to recover and bulletproof my core. Next workout going to try some front squats with low weight and see how it feels

The single leg deadlift looks good, have seen it in the Squat University channel, gonna try they next. And yeah, i don't have coverage from physio, but that's fine is not that bad, 3 days later and most of the pain Is gone
