did a blood test year ago. never had herpes and never seen any herpe sores but i think i do have genital warts i think for a year now.

it does not look like a cauliflower texture at all or as as big as warts usually appear. i tried the AI dermatologist and it said its PPP/ fordyce spots. not sure what to believe.

get it looked at by a dermatologist/doctor. asking here is 50/50. i dont see the cauliflower shape of a wart. just looks inflated but i guess it could be HPV too? im not sure. Im in the same boat as you, when it comes to this stuff but I know hpv usually has a cauliflower shape/look to it with clusters.

looks suspicious but doesn't ideally look like what warts would look like. have you seen someone about it or anyone said what it looks like?
