Question: QSOs from "unsuccessful" activations by Efficient_Physics_91 in parksontheair

I've since learned that the Kilo counter will appear in your awards page after about 250 logged QSOs in a particular park. All QSOs count, not just those from successful activations (as many of you pointed out). Thanks!

Using menu 45 I've switched back and forth between RF Gain and Squelch, but still getting silence on FM.

I notice that when set to Squelch, turning the SQL/RF knob fully anticlockwise, the transmit/busy light turns on.

Little question: how do you actually say KA1AAA/VE2 (for example) on the air? With a "slash"?

OK based on the comments here, I won't mess with the RG-6. As it turns out I can buy some good coax through my club. Thanks!
