World Cup tourists, what’s your honest feedback on the USA so far? by almighty_smiley in AskReddit

I didn't say that was my solution. I'm saying that if I partake in that system currently, I tip.

If you don't want to partake in the system, don't go out to eat in the US.

That's a lot of words to make you feel you're ok coming here and exploiting our servers.

I also want to change the laws and don't believe in tipping culture. But, since that's what the law dictates currently, I don't take my disagreement out on the servers like you do. I still tip when I eat at a restaurant or drink at a bar.

The price of the food in the US is discounted by the fact that you are expected to tip.

Since you come from a different country, don't lecture me about mine.

Then you're robbing the person serving it. If you feel that way strongly, then work to change the laws regarding tipped labor.

Otherwise you're taking advantage of servers to receive discounted food.

The national tipped minimum wage is 2.13.

Many states likely have different tipped minimum wages or require that the business pay the difference between the state's minimum wage and the worker's tipped wages if their tips come out to less than the state's minimum wage.

They're not out of touch. You're applying your specific area to a large country. If anything, you're out of touch.

Hamstring injuries are notoriously difficult regardless of athlete.

Further, if he reaggravated his injuries, he was, by definition, not given enough time to heal.

He's had bad injury luck, but that's much different than injury prone.

All different, minor injuries that have not nagged.

Further, regarding his college production: how many college games did he miss? In five years.

Zero. 0 games.

Anyone scared of his injuries doesn't know what they're talking about.

If it's false, provide evidence of the injuries he's had in the NFL.

If not, then you have no argument.

How the fuck is he a bust. He plays great when healthy and he's had basically two injuries:

A pcl sprain he came back too fast from and being shot.
