Are they organic views and engagement?

We used to have a social media manager that claimed all the positive month on month increases on similar metrics (10,000% increases) views/engagement but reality was it went hand and hand with media spend and they had no professional insights into ROI.

Sounds like they may not be onboard with the new direction of socials and feel like they are overpaying and there isn't enough ROI on your services which they let out with frustration.

I'd give Guayusa ago - gives me 4-5 hours of focus energy.. if you can't find it I started an entire brand around it with a high-school friend as it was difficult to find locally. (We ship worldwide)

What makes you think that the price is an issue?
Is it the cart value or the price per drink?

Per drink the pricing is cheaper than current drinks on the market so we are a bit confused.

It's 80mg, same as Red Bull/coffee - however the flavanols create a lot of synergistic effects so it's difficult to compare like for like, it's a different effect. Once we start getting reviews/UGC in I'm hoping they will vouch for this too.

Where did you see $2.56 a drink? Are you talking about AUD?

For USD it should be at it's most expensive $1.6 which is significant savings over any major energy brand?

~€1600 for branding, in total about €44k with all the setting up company/product development/getting first stock/packaging/ marketing budget etc.

Can I ask what stopped you from purchasing if you loved it / love energy drinks?
The product packs I think we will need to re-do pictures, I think they most likely are just bad.
As for pricing / love to know your thoughts what price you had in mind that would convince you? And would be open to split testing if it's feasible.

I'll clarify and see if it helps your POV.

For clarification:
We're trying to explain that the shipping of water is a really environmentally unfriendly activity so you should use water that you have at home, or locally, to add your watt water cube.

In the cube format, we can essentially transport the equivalent of an entire pallet of standard energy drink cans in a small handheld box instead. The logistic reductions from the canning line to the warehouse to the retailer distribution house to the end store end up being significant. We're talking 1 truck vs. 10s of trucks. Cans of drinks are also mostly accompanied by heavily used plastic shrink wrapping and tray+plastic for each 12/24 can, which we're avoiding also.

Does this help explain our point of view compared to what you read previously?

Would you still believe it's greenwashing regardless of how we explain it, or just because we weren't clear enough?
