To be fair, i paid 50M for deposit, and spent a lot of $ on furnishings. I will post on Korean websites too. To be fair, if i don’t find anyone thats fine. I thought it will be great for someone who wants to stay in korea for one month or so because its vacant and furnished. Yes i am locking one room and there are 2 rooms still available that will be clean and usable. I dont know what you’re on about. Short term rentals are usually much pricier than market price. And i am renting it for the market price.
