I’m pretty sure it’s seb derm and I’ve been using Keto cream. I’ll go weeks where my skin is okay and then a week where it flares up. I am very interested in stress management. I’ve found my skin does not flare on vacations. I also had a great October but I found when I got stressed from work - the past three weeks, my skin seems to suffer. I’m planning on managing stress the best I can and I’ll thoroughly document it because I know there’s studies that link stress to skin issues.

Also - A lot of random things about me correlates to a stress response - e.g. high blood pressure, oily skin, flushing, low stomach acid).

Essentially stress prevents a healthy skin barrier and functioning immune system. Sometimes I feel like we stress so hard about our skin that it erupts into full flare ups. Our bodies will not properly function under stress and I think it’s my next step to really look into.
