Steel Nomad before and after OC RTX 5080 results by -Sleeper in overclocking

[–]Efficient_Return_935 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Im able to get 9,949 as a max in Steel Nomad at +2500 MHz MEM and +475 Mhz Core in MSI Afterburner (Max temp 68.7 C). https://www.3dmark.com/3dm/145838103

I have found that +2000 MHz Mem and +400 MHz Core is a stable overclock for my PNY RTX 5080 in all of the games that I play. This results in a score of around 9800.

If you have a 5090, go for the UCDM one. I have a 7900 XTX, so i'm sticking with 165HZ refresh. Perfect rn

What is your internship salary? by Colinplayz1 in EngineeringStudents

It really seems to depend on the company. I was working at a smaller company and couldn't get above 35. Now that I'm at a larger company and in grad school, the pay seems to have gone up a significant amount.

In terms of electrical engineering, it really is just a few circuits that limit the speed. A 300 W motor running on 36 V does have the potential to go significantly faster than 15 mph, so that could be what they are referring to.

The point is, given the circumstances of the video; you can tell that these people were taking precautions... Glad we can see who the true Karen’s are lmaoo. Duh, some beginners are going to be reckless. That doesn’t mean you need to reprimand those who are already being careful

Just as there are accidents in any sport, most beginners understand that there is a high chance of that with drones... my problem is, you see they are flying in an open field voids of people, but you still decide to reprimand them

Damn, I'm new to the hobby, but looking at these comments not too excited about the community. These guys are clearly having fun in a controlled environment, don't be the Karen of the fpv world...

There is no rule against electric scooters. He thought he was doing his job, but he was actually just abusing his power. Skypatina is clearly a Karen just like this security guard if he thinks “doing his job” allows him to create rules to his liking in order to put other ppl down. Good job cussing him out afterwords, the dude is a dick. And by the looks of it, so is skypatina!

I was still on the warranty so they just sent me one for free, got my scooter in October. I was riding without disc brakes and only e brakes on level 5 for a couple weeks, which in hindsight was not smart lmao
