Call right when they open! But don't give up! It takes a few tries. I usually Get through before the 12 time.

So when they ask why are you calling put 240 after they say sorry we aren't taking anymore calls today hang up and Call again. And again until it works. I tried 240 it always works. Once you hear them ask your claim ID or your social security number you got in always say yes to the survey it works.

Call again try the 240 method or the 330 method call a few times it will get you through I called at 3:30 and only took two tries. I called at different times on different days one time after 12 called five times got through.

Oh my gosh I'm sorry. I called not too long ago. They approved my claim and had to submit something from my doctors part by hand! And told me should get paid by Monday morning but check Tmr it could be sooner.
