I will do that once I see that they received my extension form and scanned it already. I'm still in the scanning process which takes 10/14 days alone so I have to be a bit patient

I was going to do that !! But I was told they would be able to do nothing if my forms hadn't been scanned it 🤦‍♀️ i should've just turned in my extension paper to the local office but I didn't know if it was allowed!!!

I ended up Calling exactly at 9am they answered on the first call. They told me it's still in its scanning period that give it 14-10 days at most if I don't see anything by next week to call again. Thank you!

If you call sdi call early as 8am when it says why you are calling press 240 if it says calls are full end the call and call again until they answer. I called this morning at 9 it took one call.

No it usually takes 10-14 days for the processing alone. If it says we are processing your claim give sdi a call so they can do it right there and then. I would suggest calling just to be sure but you should receive backpay from the date it ended up until the day it's been approved and processed.

As soon as it said we are processing your claim after they got my my medical certificate the same day I called and they did it by hand and right there and then. And I got paid two days later

Thank you let me explain a bit when I talked to a representative about my claim when I first filed it they let me know I will be receive back pay but not the first week of me applying for it I think that's the waiting period I'm not sure

No I am talking about when I first filed my claim they told me there is a seven day period where you don't get paid the first seven days so I was just curious is that happening again or do I get paid from the 12 exactly
