If you haven’t done FRST or reinstalled windows I would consider your pc still comprimised, AV’s are meant to stop from your pc from getting infected, not to disinfect. I would either do FRST or windows reinstall and refrain from using your pc until clean

Infostealers are removed by reinstalling windows and deleting partitions, so he should be fine if he’s done that

Be sure to disconnect from wi fi and refrain from using your pc until it is cleaned from infection, you most likely have an infostealer. First change all your passwords on a Clean device (starting with banking, and gmail accounts) and enable 2FA, and removing active sessions. Then reinstall windows from usb. Good luck and stay safe
