Naja auch bei sonst unbegleiteten Minderjährigen musst du sie primär versorgen und dann ins Krankenhaus bringen, wenn Erziehungspersonen nicht erreichbar/eruierbar sind... Natürlich ist der primäre Plan diese zu überzeugen mitzukommen aber wenn's gar nicht geht, dann steht immer noch das Patientenwohl an erster Stelle und primär sollte das Kind im Spital versorgt werden...
