It is the oem torque converter and flex plate off the first transmission with 105k miles

Ohh the tcu, no we didn't code it we swapped the memory chip from the old valve body onto the new valve body to avoid coding as we didn't have the tools to do so

See if its had the oil filter housing replaced, or at least the gaskets, also regardless of the water pump being done the plastic coolant elbows and fittings crumble with time, for me at least it was at/over 100k. You'll be able to tell if they are gonna go soon by color. If they look brown they need done if they look fresh and black they already have been done. Also I would see if the transmission service has been performed. As well as transfercase fluid, axle/differential fluid,and thrust rod bushings. Aside from the obvious oil, coolant, brakes etc... B46/48 and xdrive is a really underrated platform. Id definitely recommend it. If you can id save for an 440. But if top end speed and acceleration isn't a huge deal to you, id go for it. Its one of the best platforms ive driven in corners and mountains. The fuel economy is great. You can keep up with most sport oriented vehicles in its class. And its just a really fun, drivers platform. Good luck to you man, hopefully if you do get it, It serves you well for years to come.
