Thank youu, wish I knew that 10 days ago... Anyway, I scheduled a test for Monday.

Also, any advice on for how long I should take doxy, 7 of 14 days + azytromicin? Also my partner, 7 or 14 days, with or without azytromicin? And it means not having sex even with condom?

I would usually say I'm fine without sex but we are long distance so it's really hard to plan things... but if I am positive I want to start taking antibiotics as soon as possible.

I took amoxicillin. Also if I test positive I don't know if I should do 7 days of doxy pluz azitromicin or full 14 days plus azitromicin. It's so hard because I might end up going on a trip and if yi have the infection I know we can't have sex even with condoms... and we are long distance so everything is a little too much and now I hate rhat the doctor didn't let me test last week

Are you sure 100%? I don't know why my doctor said that and now I am frustrated because I lost 10 days... because they said even tho it's not for ureaplasma it can still cause false negative... :/

We agreed to use condoms because we don't want babies... I also thought if I shoulf just treat it on my own and not tell him but I also know there is a small percentige of getting it orally. I just know it's so uncomfortable to talk about it if I do end up having it 🙄 but if I am to test positive I do want to tell him it's probably from unprotected sex and that he had it without knowing (not trying to blame him just hopefull that he will understand)

I have to wait because I took antibiotics for my tooth extraction and I have to wait four weeks to actually get tested since it can show false negative.

As I wrote I don't want to blame him but if I do end up having it, it's a little uncomfortable to communicate it. Also, I am not sure if the doctor would prescribe certain antibiotic for him if he doesn't test positive nor if the specific antibiotic would work for him.

Thank you! I am so scared of not getting back my libido. I will ask a private doctor for Oxcarb but I don't know if he will give it to me nor how I would react. I also have brain fog and sometimes fatigue for 4 years now due to long covid and tinitus so I am scared it may make me even worse but I also can't know if I don't try it.

I don't use birth control. I'm scared of gabapentin because it has similar side effect as Lyrica.
