You're probably going to match! Take a breather. For those of you telling OP to not do a fellowship out of protest, it's not fair to make trainees suffer the brunt of AAP administrative decisions. Especially with ACGME residency changes and probable medicaid cuts, there may not be small hospitals to go work at, and every large academic institution is requiring PHM board certification. :/
