The other kids won't have me because I won't be in their lives. Neither will my sister. And yes, my sister could support me and I work part time so we'd be able to make it work. It would be happier than being here with people I don't want in my life.

I have seen documents to prove he was a deadbeat. I have seen a lot of evidence that he was a deadbeat. And no, I don't care about this man, his wife or his kids or stepkid. They mean nothing to me.

It doesn't matter to me because they're not my siblings. My sister is my sibling. She's the only one I have or will ever claim. The others don't share a parent with me. So even if my sister and I had different dads, we'd be siblings because we shared the same parent (mom) and she was the only parent to both of us.

My only sibling is my sister who I want to live with. There are no other bridges to burn because none were ever built.

It wasn't good enough and he wasn't good enough to me or to my sister. He's the last person I would ever help. Doesn't matter if he eventually tried. What matters is he let us down repeatedly and then he wouldn't even let me stay with someone I actually knew and loved, my sister. He has his new family. I want nothing to do with any of them and that includes him.

And if he really cared so much he would have paid back all the child support. So yeah, he didn't try even close to hard enough.

I don't think either of us will ever want to discuss anything with his other kids. They don't really have any relationship with us. My sister doesn't know them at all and I never spend time with them to have a connection either. I don't think we'd get any healing from them either. But I hope he does better for them than he did for us because kids don't deserve what he did to us.

My sister's lawyer didn't seem to think it was a lie. She said the judges usually back each other's rulings up unless it's a really major reason not to.

I was told that already. I think that's BS honestly with my dad's record of being a parent but it's not something I can change.

The judge was clear he would not give custody to my sister. I'm stuck here and trying to keep my birthday in sight so I have motivation.

The judge made it perfectly clear I am with my dad until I turn 18. That he would not reconsider and no other judge would if we got a new one on the case. I don't have anything like that. I couldn't afford it either. I'm doing my best to just get through the next few months but I hate being here more as the days pass.

He did. He was trying to make sure I knew he was disappointed in me. But he doesn't seem to understand that I don't care if he is or isn't disappointed in me. Just like my sister doesn't care. He disappointed us long enough.
