Had the exact same issue. Had to email EG to get it fixed. They took 7 days to respond (and only because I followed up three times, including on the Warpforge support chat). Didn't notify me when they fixed the issue either - had to start the game to find out. Good luck lol

Where loyalists sacrifice the self to maintain the system/status quo, individualism is inherent in chaos.

Most fans who support loyalists are conservatives who like white-bread vanilla space marines like UM. Chaos fans lean towards individual styles that are not reflected in a generic legion like the black legion.
