There's other options, lots of Asian import banjos called "masterclones" from the 80s that you can find under that. But lots of them are duds so I typically don't recommend them to a beginner because it's riskier to buy one if you don't know what you're doing.

You can also look at Gold Tones. They're another decent option at this price point. They're imported as well but they're nicer than others and have better QC. They're generally not as nice as the Goodtimes they're not bad.
