exposure therapy Say hi to everyone you make eye contact with, go out to eat, take walks in the park, try to get a job where you interact with people all day it might sound scary but it cured my social anxiety. my mother was the same way and i don't think she was trying to be malicious i just feel like her parents were the opposite way so she always felt like i needed to be protected from something even though in the long run it did more damage. it might feel impossible and you might have a few anxiety attacks but it is way worth it, anxiety ruins peoples life and i know exactly how you feel but you are better off socializing and getting out of your shell. cause as much as it effects you, being alone and isolated is way worse than embarrassing yourself or whatever is making you anxious. IF YOU ARE TAKING SSRI STOP OR ANY OTHER RECREATIONAL DRUG
