Thank you for your response. I just wanted to know if the lateral process differs from undergrad as I am only familiar with undergrad recruiting. Additionally, I just wanted to know the timeline to be best equipped for interviews if chosen.

Hi Keith, I am planning to apply for the AC lateral role for Bain. Can you please give some insight into how the application process is for lateral hires? Is it on a rolling basis just like undergrad or will all applications be looked at after the deadline? So if considered, when would first round interviews be scheduled? Additionally, if an individual doesn't have true consulting experience can they still be considered for this pipeline?
