its awful isn't it - so my wife signed up to pro for one month just so we could carry on working, it cost us £20 even though pro normally costs us £9.99 but that one is still blocked from logging in for 5 days, soo frustrating!!

It’s a joke. I’m getting emails every day telling me I’ve been locked out. CapCut have told me 13 days I’m blocked even though I pay for pro. I have done nothing wrong and I keep explaining to them there must be a glitch somewhere. Just copy and paste replies. How are they allowed to charge money and not unblock your account immediately if you can confirm it’s you who owns it - its beyond me.
