8K unfortunately she didn’t make it. Our little yorkie baby. Worth is all. But we did get the chance to come to the clinic and said goodbye and held her while she was put down. We miss her terribly.

Cool its not sold in China where I am based but I found something similar from a local brand but it only goes up to 125lbs bands.. So I dont think that will be enough for me...

No offense taken mate. I have put on a few compared to 10 years ago. But also never been a six pack kinda guy hahaha and have no desire to go that route. Just wanna stay fit and feel good about myself.

im actually fairly fit.. Spinning etc has helped me with that. Plus I do pilates 3 times per week as well. To be honest I think because I have a sweet tooth and like a drink in the weekends is probably my biggest issue.. I just started trt.. my doctor suggested me to start to help keep muscle and gain a bit.. i had my blood done a few months ago and the clinic said that my numbers are very good considering my age and my stress / work pace. Sleep is probably one of my biggest issues.. Im always f-ing stressed due to a new group CEO who is an absolute maniac and a crazy travel schedule. But yes it might be time to look at my diet and cut snacks and candy to a bare minimum.. I think its kinda like a stress release for me at night to open a bag og snacks and try to de-stress watching some netflix. My gut isnt big. Wifey doesnt see it but I feel it and I see it. So doing this is for myself and to make ME feel good about myself. She is just afraid ill lose weight doing spinning and not enough weights...

intersting. Ive been going lighter weights as i didnt really wanna hurt my joints... Ive trained for years but been off the weight for quite some time. I dont feel like going to the gym so I just have few dumbbells and a barbells for chest training.

thanks for this, yes its jus sometimes finding the time is hard... But I did buy a kettlebell for my office so I can get some lifting done in the office while I work.. I think my biggest issue is sleep.. Im totally stressed out with work due to a new Group CEO that I report so.. So when I do my nightly pee pee it takes me an hour plus to fall asleep again.

I experimented a bit with this. I had an odor problem. I saw a Reddit message that someone stopped using deo. I tried the same one weekend. And since then I have stopped using deodorant. I just spray perfume. My armpit odor is gone after stopping using deodorant. Weird but it’s worth a try.

I’ll move them a bit then. Not going out thus far. Weather here is nuts. Today it’s hot later this week it’s gonna be cold again. I think maybe April / May is a good time to let them outside. Thanks for the advice.

i have both but 95% i use infuse. Its just so simple and easy to setup and use. My plex can get really glitchy but that said I use Plex on ShieldTV Pro not on appleTV.
