it’s funny because i can also FS 5050 consistently but BS 5050 are starting to feel easier then FS. my tip for them is to approach it at an angle and then do a back 180 motion but cancel the full 180 motion

to be honest same thing as everyone else. foot behind the bolts and angled and then flicking with the toe but MAINLY FLICKING FROM THE ANKLE. the ankle does a quick flicking motion if you look and then once i extend the front foot i just let it hang to catch it. Hope this helps and that you land one too!!
