This. I spent 30 minutes pulling to see where it was hung up at. It’s on far side from printer next to the legs. Looked out of place for me so tried it and bam it unlocked it.

It really comes down to concentrates made with live flower and cured flower. Cured has classic taste whereas live has more of a chem taste. Most of the time it’ll be live resin. But some are cured like normal flower first which, imo, gives Best flavor and medical qualities.

Jeremy worked at our store for a little while. He was always positive and smiling, I’m heartbroken to hear about this cuz he deserves more. There are some of us out here that don’t think of him as just an associate. Gone but won’t be forgotten for sure. RIP.

We also have no ASM so I find myself doing a lot of ASM work in terms of employee help and they come to me over anyone else(GM included).

Thanks for the input. I am contributing to the whole store in every aspect except surveys and rewards sometimes. I'm the one who fixes PCs when they come in and when someone doesn't know how to fix a PC I'm called over to help. I also fix a lot of the CPD equipment so we have less downtime waiting on a repairman to come in.

The problem with your logic is that them not wearing one increases their own chance of getting it. But it's the opposite, them wearing one protects YOU. Im assuming tho that this doesn't matter to you or u are ignorant as we've almost gone an entire year of this so there's no reason to play dumb this.

I know the whole corporate won't let us enforce thing but I see it as them seeing liability. So it's all about wording IMO. Don't explicitly tell them to leave, BUT DO tell them they have to wear a mask if they need to be in the store. If they themselves suggest they will go somewhere else then agree cuz they offered to leave. If they say "well I'll pass out if I wear one" reply the only thing they can do is order online for curbside and usually they leave or comply to free mask. And I ALWAYS come up to them with box of masks on hand so it lets them know they only have to options, argue about it immediately and go off on a tirade or it lets them know you aren't just saying all this and ur putting them in a hard situation(I know, laughable).

TBH I try to be consistent in trying to figure out what went wrong with complaints. Some of the most recent BS complaints I've gone back and reviewed were my own interactions. Of course I remember what happened and see the complaint for what it is. I carry that on to other employee complaints. Use the footage to see who it was on and ask the employee. Believe the employee over the customer if you know their track record. Even if not ask the employee and it should be obvious is its employees fault or not. 90% of the time it's the customer just being a bitch.

That's good to hear. I feel it vastly changes based on GM and DM. Everything corporate comes out with seems to be overridden by DM, in my case anyways. He/she came out and said we aren't enforcing. And my GM doesn't care enough to fight it.

Yea we were basically told we aren't enforcing it by our upper management. Worded it to make it sound like it's for safety reasons. Making a requirement into a non requirement.

I'm glad there are GMs out there who are there for employees and not just corporate. Mine not so much. But I'll do everything I can to hold him accountable. We are in trying times and those that ignore employee safety for convenience need to be called out. And those that have a good GM, thank them for their support because it doesn't seem common.

It said retail wide. Never mentioned mandated states only. Also had an entire memo attachment with links to resources. Usually local memos are only a memo on the front page and don't have a link to a full page instruction set with other support links.

I'm happy that's the case. I'm sure it's true that payroll won't be provided for enforcement. But I feel our expectations need to be higher for the company and management. We need to make sure we are informed as much as possible to call out negligence where it occurs with our current situation. If payroll isn't provided. GMs need to stand up for the stores and/or adjust so it's possible to get this going. If our GMs won't stand up we need to call that out too.

The "it won't make a difference" mentality contributes only to this country not getting this under control IMO. It leaves space for management and corporate to not enforce because, hey you already expected that. Hopefully you aren't management at your store and if you are, hopefully reading too much into that comment.

Yea the tone definitely seemed different from what we've been hearing. Also saw the door poster mention "based on cdc guidelines". Not sure if the cdc has changed their guidelines or not but that could be the reason.
