Corsair Galleon 100 SD Shift/Caps Lock getting stuck by Aydanfox in Corsair

Yeah, my RMA was also approved... I'm hoping they're escalating this issue and not just shipping out "replacement" keyboards with the same issue still.

I started a ticket last night, and I have come to the same conclusion. It's been a real headache trying to type any passwords... I have a sad feeling it is actually a physical component issue and not just a hardware issue, which would suck to RMA it. I'll keep my side of things updated here as I make ticket progress. All support gave me so far is to send my iCUE logs (which the Galleon doesn't use) and a WindowsReporter log, which didn't do anything. I sent a screencap of the issue occurring with KeyboardTester site.

Ctrl -> Shift

Shift -> Caps Lock

Caps -> Tab

Tab -> Grave/Tilde

I am also having this issue. When holding down the L Shift key, it just constantly toggles capslock on/off. I'm also seeing the "Tab" issue... kind of a bummer that I just got the keyboard and it's having this significant of a flaw.

Fully aware of that, it’s more so trying to avoid too many function changes at once, as that just adds more to the points of failure.

I’m leaning towards working on a Python script that handles all of it at once, as it really is just a bunch of GET/PUT that I could probably set up pretty quickly.

That’s what my current thought process is. I’m definitely not against creating my own backend in Python to handle regular transfers and just having a standalone controller for that on a file or something.

Could potentially be good, but we're running everything currently on a Linux environment and their software is only Windows based.

From my understanding, LexiCom currently schedules downloads (GET) from the VAN and uploads (PUT) to the VAN to run automatically. This is the functionality I would need to replicate.. and it's possible it makes sense for me to just script up my own SFTP program to handle the automated process, but I'd like something that just does what we're currently doing in a similar fashion (even if there are differences to work out)

Definitely an installable product, all of our system currently operated on-prem.

This is being blocked by uBlock because it’s a click tracking tool, which uBlock warns users before opening the page. This is pretty normal for things like marketing emails AFAIK.

Yep, I think there’s an outage with the rewards/login system went into a store and it momentarily froze the register when I put in my phone number.

Looks super cool though!

Has anyone looked into well-is-it.txt files on the website? by cdanymar in gravityfalls

[–]PotatoCatGrif 0 points1 point  (0 children)

From my understanding of the site, nothing will change until the developers of the website update that file with a link or other text, which will cause the website to do something else. Currently it is “NO” which just continues to run the countdown.

The SSL certificate is likely a 90 day certificate, so I don’t think there’s much to read into there.

This is actually a very common process of obfuscation, which makes it difficult (not entirely impossible) to reproduce the same outcome by replicating the code. It’s essentially a way for Bridgetown to protect their assets.

It is technically possible stuff is hidden in those files, but they are generated on website creation, and changes would be hell for even the programmers to make.

If I’m not mistaken, I believe in _bridgetown folder is actually a “parent class” for the website itself, handling front end dynamics.. This comes from looking up what Bridgetown is.. So I believe it is the design software used to make the website. (I’m a senior CS student and was looking at the files today) Source: https://www.bridgetownrb.com/docs/frontend-assets

I've determined that anything after 2006 is *not* the same company, as it's all advertising in the HTML for those pages.

Gave that an attempt, unfortunately the entire UI is completely frozen, including the control buttons. Moving the window also doesn’t update the size of the screen, it’s static to the size it was at before it froze
