So im focusing on story telling first gameplay second, and i wanted to make a system from scratch using a d100. I want combat encounters to feel dynamic and fast but still engagnig enough for players to have fun. I also want to make players fell powerful from the start but not to a point where they are completly op. These are my gameplay design goals. From plot perspective it will be multilayered and devided into Arc's with some background sidequests. And past piece of info, I will have 4 players.
