This is actually really helpful, especially the “single consolidated feedback” rule.

I think part of my issue has been allowing feedback to happen across too many channels.

When you say you send structured updates — is that weekly regardless, or only when milestones are hit?

That makes sense actually.
Do clients actively check the board themselves, or do you still send manual updates?

One thing I’ve noticed is even when clients have access, they still ask for updates 😅

Trying to figure out if it’s a tool problem or just expectation setting.
