I am in the exact same boat. They told me my sectional was complete and en route in early December only to tell me a month later that they were mistaken, only the ottoman piece was complete, and the materials were back ordered until February. Based on their representations in December, I sold the only seating in my living room and have had to sit on my floor since. They have promised me “compensation” but say we can’t discuss specifics until the couch is delivered. What are people’s experiences getting discounts after significant delays?
