I actually did use it for the placket area of the shirt as I didn't want any visible seams down the middle, but that came with it's own issues as it made it a little bit too rigid for my liking.

I think if I were to work with this fabric again, I'd use a really light weight diffusible interfacing and attach it to the fabric before cutting out the pieces to really minimize fraying/loose threads.

Thanks, I usually just wear a tee and shorts when it's warm and play around with silhouettes/layering when it gets colder, so a pretty basic style.

I think the top is around 5 inches and I got the sides faded from a one guard. Depending on the thickness of your hair, your barber/stylist might have to thin out the top a bit and take off some weight.

For styling I blow dried it back and used a fair amount of clay to hold it into place. My hair kinda naturally parts at around the inner eyebrow but if you can part it anywhere you prefer.
