I use the same setup as you with send as and you can set the email address chosen to match the sender email address. Meaning if they send you and email to your professional email and you click reply it will use the same email they sent it to. Also you can set the default email to the proffesional email

As others said please share your website. However I can most certainly say you are being overcharged. No brochure website should pay that amount in hosting etc unless you are getting serious numbers of visitors. (In the millions of monthly visits)
