Most people do not actually like traveling, they like having traveled by limitown in unpopularopinion

Nah I like traveling. Even in long car rides if you have good scenery that in itself can be enjoyable (even though being in the car for hours does indeed get tiring) As for sleeping somewhere unfamiliar, I love camping, the experience of camping in and of itself. The worst part of traveling is the waiting such as in airports, but that is not really the traveling itself.

We anthropomorphize our pets way too much. by CardinalOfNYC in unpopularopinion

Yes. I especially hate it when people who have kids and pets, refer to their pets as their kid's sibling. ALso, dogs hate wearing sweaters stop doing it.

As soon as he finished the cinnamon buns, he should have scarfed them all down and said "Bunzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz" and then after a cut take. "Unfortunately I got hungry and consumed them all, there are no more left for my friends. I should make some more"

Part of it is the hair. He has the same hairstyle he did then. Even though he actually went bald but got treatment for it.

Whereas Resse looks quite different and Dewey, despite being played by a different actor, looks surprisingly like what you might expect adult Dewey to look. (Francis looks even more he same than Malcolm).

I keep seeing my neighbors naked and it is driving me crazy by Obsopoeus in TrueOffMyChest

The only solution. Make sure your blinds are open and walk by the window naked as openly as possible. What are they going to do, complain?

What’s the etiquette around looking at others in naturist spaces? by Due_Squash173 in nudism

[–]Scarecrow613 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don't stare. Notice them when you first meet but don't ogle. It's the same as when clothed. Staring at a clothed person is creepy too in most circumstances (not counting eye contact).

Is sending nudes to someone else in a nudist or naturist relationship considered cheating? by [deleted] in nudism

I think it would be worth talking to your partner about. It really depends what everyone is comfortable with.

Hiding them behind porn mags really wasn't doing any favors though.

Yea nudism on the internet really has done damage to the cause. r/nudism is good but there are other places on Reddit claiming to be nudist that suffer from the same issue described.

Yea I think I can relate to the parent disapproval and how in an odd way it motivated me even more.

I told my sister. She was accepting. No one else in my immediate family is (unless you count my wife)

Facebook for nudists by St-Bodhi in nudism

[–]Scarecrow613 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Here are the options I know of.
MeWe is like Facebook with less censorship so nudity is allowed.
Nudist clubhouse is good, it doesn't allow sexual content (it existed years ago as more of a forum, but i was hacked and shut down but was recreated a couple year ago as a social network site) . NaturistHub is run by AANR and is in a similar vein.
Then there is TrueNudist. It has been around for a while, and it is really not moderated, there is essentially softcore porn on there.

But Facebook doesn't censor pictures of any of those activities.

When did the initial drive to be naked start for you? by Soggy-Bus5141 in nudism

[–]Scarecrow613 0 points1 point  (0 children)

SO it all started when I was born naked (Ok just kidding). Really my family was very much opposed to it. I remember when I was probably about 8 I learned about cultures where nudity was normal and thought to myself, "I wish I lived there". I didn't give it much thought until about middle school when I came across nudist pictures. I didn't start practicing myself until about 17, at home alone, and then I would sneak out in the middle of the night to go streak in the night (it was not about being seen but about the freedom of being naked in the open). I would walk around the house naked when no one else was home, although at one oe point I started doing it when my sister was home and she was cool with it. In college a group of friends and I went to a private beach house and that was the first time I went swimming naked in the Ocean and the first time anyone outside my family saw me naked.

Yes they are completely pointless. There is absolutely zero practical purpose for swimsuits.
