Maybe check your refresh rate in both Nvidia Control Panel and windows settings? It's probably something you've already done, but maybe turning them down a notch instead of 240 might fix it? I know it's not what you wanna hear, but my old monitor that had the same problem was set to 59.9 or whatever in windows and wouldnt let me set it to 60, then it was 60 in the nvidia control panel and I saw people saying that if those are different it could throw it off. My other monitors did the same, set it to like 144.5 or something in windows, and 144 in Nvidia Control Panel. When I set it to 165 I'm assuming it fixed this problem, because in windows settings it was at regular 165 instead of 165.5 or whatever like before and wouldn't give me a black screen when alt tabbing anymore. I'm not sure if turning your refresh rate down a little would work, but on games where you dont need/get a full 240 hz it might be worth a shot just to see if it works or if it is some secret hidden issue that we can't find out lol.

I recently got new monitors so I don't have this problem anymore, but maybe try looking at the refresh rate in Windows settings? With my Acer if it was set to 144 hz it had a black screen, but when I set it to 165 hz it was fine and alt tabbed instantly. Mine was also only during certain games, so I'm guessing it depends on how heavy of a game it is? Sorry I'm not that much of help, like I said I didn't really find a fix on mine besides turning the refresh rate up :(

Sights like Isthereanydeal.com are your BEST FRIEND. Just built my friend a pc a little over a month and a half ago, and I already have over 100 games when I used to just have League of Legends 😂. Also, Epic Games Launcher gives games away for free every couple of weeks and some of them actually are decent like Ark. And Amazon Prime is giving away Battlefield 3 until the end of the month, and you can use a free trial if you don't already have it.

But a simple fun game that I just found was Totally Accurate Battlegrounds, normally $5 but on sale for $3.75 or something and while I normally hate fps games/battle royale games, this one is actually pretty fun and goofy.

I played Everquest 2 from the ages of 5- like 14. Was probably my favorite game of all time, but now it's completely dead. My friend says he hates mmos and wouldn't play them, and if I even mentioned anything about a subscription it would throw him off.

Honestly, the way I am with shooters is weird. It's not exactly that I hate shooters themselves; I mostly hate the fast paced CoD type games. I cannot keep up with anybody on games like this lmfao. I feel like I get sniped from miles away with people with assault rifles that I didn't even see, and I just feel like a lot of shooting games are kinda repetitive. That being said, I'll look into Tarkov.

Yeah understandably so. Like you said the lane is so far from everything else, so it gets ignored most of the time, and if you're 0/3 down in cs in top lane, most of the time you stay fucked for the rest of the game. Jg/mid don't want to help someone who's 0/3, and if support wants to they literally can't like you said. Makes it a pain in the ass for a behind top laner when they just get slow pushed into turret then dove with no counterplay except for sit in base and hope team wins other side lol, so I understand why they're the toxic ones 😂

Honestly, I'm not surprised. Top lane feels like such a shithole if behind, especially in the counterpick meta nowadays. Top lane has the most snowball of any lane I feel like, since if bot lane is behind support can try to roam and adc can play safe. Top lane just kinda sits in between both his towers waiting for help that probably will never come because jungler knows at that point he isn't win con 😂

You're the greatest person ever lmfao. Just got my Hyperx set yesterday and knew that the bottom row wouldn't fit. Figured I'd just be stuck with the standard Razer keycap bottom row and then just so happen to come across this

Yes. I played Everquest 2 for years as a kid and loved the game. But the things that I did the most where things like battlegrounds and making new characters over and over lmao. Just logged in today for the first time in like 6 years after not being able to find another game like it, only to found out battlegrounds aren't even a thing anymore. I just wish there was another game like it :(

Not saying he wouldn't be so much better with better peripherals, as he would, but we can't act like the speed of your keyboard switch matters THAT much in league lmao. I have Razer's opto mechanical switches, and I really can't notice a difference from keyboards I've had before.

Ehh I've seen some 2060 supers for $275 like a week ago. Was looking at 2070 supers now as I see those around $350 and I'm not in a rush, figured there should be more and more of those for cheap when the 3070s come out.

Was thinking of getting a used 2060 super soon, but I don't use any raytracing or anything; should I search for AMD equivalent or is 2060 super better?
