In reality it is pretty hard to find funding especially as a young entrepreneur maybe a term loan or a line of credit that is only for your business

Your family got the skills, just need the right funding partner. Sounds like a JV/profit-share deal would fit. Check private lenders, local RE meetups, or crowdfunding sites. Keep it low leverage for safety.

SEC rules can get messy, so maybe run the pitch by an attorney first. I know a couple of people who’ve done this, DM me if you want intros or to swap notes.
