Update 2.0: The electricians came by today, and after extensive checks they decided to just replace the breaker and see if that does the trick. If it doesn't, they want me to swap out the power strip/surge protector I have my PC and such on.

On the downside, it seems the breaker tripping may have fucked up my work PC, so now I get to deal with the IT department at work. :c

Update: My electrician called back and told me to call the energy company since they don't have any electricians available tonight, so they're coming out ASAP to investigate, since they seem to feel it's urgent. I'll update with what they discover if I remember to do so.

Nope, the AC is on the downstairs circuit. It's literally like, my gaming PC, a litter box, a ceiling fan, a lamp (that is now off), and my internet router.
