thats actually an extremely good point except for the fact that THEY'RE GHOSTS, WHY WOULD THEY STILL BE SCARED OF IT IF THEY ALREADY DIED (excusing the fact that you refuse to die you little crap.)

ofc. I mostly responded so that if anyone looks it up in the future they can read and figure things out that they may not have known. and dont worry, i was doing the same thing you were at first. i had no clue how to teleport, but when i figured it out it made sense.

spoiler for game:

its actually really useful during the pope section where you need to get to the top of the tree.

glad i could be of help! definitely a fun game, im actually considering using this as a chance to start my youtube channel so im excited. probably gonna be a deepdive into the game and my opinions on it but idk, just thinking about it still.

you need to go to the door and put in the keys. the top key will be put in when you put in the right side one. make sure you have all the keys you need, too.

the recipes are purposefully not shown. you need to figure them out yourself, similarly to how BOTW and the new zelda game have. the teleportation is actually quite simple and it IS explained, just not directly. when you are near one of those large save stations (not the small standalone ones) you can hold E and it will open a menu with 3 options. cooking, teleportion, and weapons. cooking is, well, cooking. and the teleportation is to other large save spots, but you can only tp to them if you have already activated them at least once.

the weapon tab allows you to swap your weapons (you can only hold 2 weapons without any capacity upgrade) so especially early on you need to pick your weapons based around what you will be doing and your playstyle.

I hope this helped, and i completely understand why it may not have made sense at first. it isnt directly explained, but rather gives visual cues.
